What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, property address, email address if provided, the details you give us about the work you need, the page you sent it from, and whether you ticked the optional consent box. We do not collect payment information.

How we use it

We use it for one purpose: to connect you with an independent, state-certified septic contractor serving your area. We share your submitted details with that one contractor so they can contact you and quote the work.

We do not sell your information to data brokers, marketing lists, or multiple competing contractors. We and the contractor will only call or text you using automated technology if you ticked the optional consent box, and you can reply STOP at any time.

Retention and your choices

We retain submissions for as long as needed to handle the referral and for our own record keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by sending a request through the form on our contact page with the words "delete my information".

If you no longer wish to be contacted, tell the contractor directly, reply STOP to any text, or send us a note through the contact form and we will remove you from any follow-up.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses privacy-preserving analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use advertising cookies and does not build a cross-site profile of you.
